4. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate.

However:

  • Minor variations in color or packaging may occur;
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors;
  • Orders may be cancelled if pricing errors are identified.

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance.
  • Acceptance occurs only when the product is shipped.

Reasons for cancellation may include:

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in eligible locations only.
  • We reserve the right to verify COD orders before dispatch.
  • Repeated refusal or RTO may result in COD restriction for future orders.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to courier partner performance.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Force majeure events

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to:

  • Inspect returned products
  • Reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria
  • Deduct applicable logistics charges where permitted
