We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. As we operate on a dropshipping fulfillment model through trusted supplier partners across India, the following shipping terms apply.


1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, we begin processing it.

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–72 business hours.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Please note that order processing and shipping are separate stages.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is:

  • 4–8 business days for most locations across India.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Courier partner serviceability
  • Weather or unforeseen logistics delays

These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • In case of free shipping offers, shipping cost is included in the product price.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in eligible locations.

  • Additional verification may be required for COD orders.
  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if the address or contact details cannot be verified.
  • Customers with repeated Return-to-Origin (RTO) history may have COD option restricted.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via:

  • Email
  • SMS (if applicable)

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect in the courier system.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Incorrect contact number

Additional re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.


7. Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the order
  • Incorrect address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

The order may be returned to the supplier (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Shipping and logistics charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • COD services may be restricted for future orders.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Courier disruptions
  • Natural events
  • Public holidays

Such delays are beyond our direct control and do not qualify for automatic refunds.


9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery status update.
  • We will investigate the matter with the logistics partner.

Resolutions may include replacement or refund after verification.
