Refund & Return Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. As we operate on a dropshipping fulfillment model through trusted supplier partners across India, the following terms apply to returns, refunds, and cancellations.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Approval & Inspection

As orders are fulfilled through supplier partners:

  • All return requests are subject to verification and approval.
  • The returned product must pass quality inspection.
  • Refund or replacement will be processed only after inspection and confirmation by the supplier.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
  • The customer must provide valid bank details for processing.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider.


5. Refund Deductions & Shipping Charges

In cases where a return is initiated due to customer preference, refusal at delivery, incorrect address provided, customer unavailability, or failed delivery attempts, the shipping and logistics charges incurred for dispatch and return of the order may be deducted from the refundable amount.

For prepaid orders cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order and before shipment processing, a full refund will be issued without deductions.

In cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, a full refund or replacement will be provided without any deductions, subject to verification.

Payment processing charges imposed by third-party payment gateways may not be refundable in certain cases as per the policies of the respective payment provider.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If cancellation is approved after shipment, applicable shipping and logistics charges may be deducted.


7. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy – Important

If a COD order is returned due to:

  • Customer refusal
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer not available at delivery
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

Such orders may not be eligible for refund of shipping charges.

We reserve the right to restrict or disable Cash on Delivery (COD) services for customers with repeated RTO history.


8. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Delays beyond our control do not qualify for automatic refunds.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A missing item
  • An incorrect product

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video evidence.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.
